Who we are

What we collect — and what we don't

This site uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own hosting — your visit triggers no third-party request.

The only personal data we process is what you send us through the demo request form: name, organisation, event and work e-mail. Nothing else.

What we do with it

• Purpose: answering your demo request — nothing more. No newsletter, no resale, no profiling.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• How it travels: your message is relayed by our infrastructure (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and delivered to our mailbox by Resend. It is not stored in any database.
• Retention: kept in our mailbox for the time of our exchange, deleted at the latest 12 months after last contact.
• Recipients: the BAAIR Solutions team only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing — one e-mail to pressroomOS@baair.app is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The product itself

Pressroom OS, the software, is designed GDPR-first: EU hosting, role-scoped access, anonymised public screens, and a privacy mode that attaches no personal data to seats — as run at the Monaco Grand Prix 2026. A data processing agreement (DPA) is provided with every deployment.
