Your media centre, running itself. The operating system for your press room.
A journalist shows their badge, your hostess ticks a table, the seat lights up on every screen — locker included. The Pressroom OS software used by the Automobile Club de Monaco teams for the Formula 1 Grand Prix — GDPR-strict — is ready for you.
Built with the Automobile Club de Monaco.
Race morning. Four hundred journalists. One welcome desk.
Press accreditation still runs on spreadsheets, inbox threads and laminated seat lists. The media centre opens, everyone arrives at once, and your team spends the busiest morning of the year pointing at chairs.
From the door to a desk in ninety seconds.
Badge
The journalist arrives and shows the accreditation badge they already wear. Nothing to install, nothing to print, no personal data captured.
Seat
They point at the table they want; your hostess ticks it on screen. The seat turns red on the tablet in front of the queue — live, no errors, no duplicates.
Locker
The system recommends the nearest free locker — photographers get the large ones near the exit. Assigned in the same click.
The floor
All weekend, the kiosk serves the room: session weather, practical information, live stats — and the Qualifying & Race prediction game.
Meet Grace.
Grace is the face of your event — a virtual host designed for each Grand Prix: her name, her wardrobe, her backdrop, her languages. Her welcome videos are built and tested, and her next role on the floor is taking shape.
One host per circuit — each welcomes in their own language
One back office for the whole operation.
Live floor plan & lockers Deployed — Monaco 2026
One-click placement, automatic occupancy rate, lockers located relative to each seat — kiosk and back office on the same map, live.
The daily tools Deployed — Monaco 2026
Attendance counting, the handover log between hostesses and the NPO, the Media Centre contact book, a chatbot that answers from your official documents, the drivers database, practical info you edit live.
Media management Deployed — Monaco 2026
The full media list (stripped of unnecessary personal data, GDPR) — imported from CSV, Swoogo (FIA Formula 1) or Eventhos (FIA WRC) — with cartography by country, search and filters. Your accreditation process stays.
Attendance & reporting Deployed — Monaco 2026
Live occupancy rate by zone and the real attendance number of the day — the figure your post-event report actually needs.
Live shuttle tracking Deployed
Journalists watch the media shuttles move in real time on the venue map — no more waiting blind at the stop. The same map locates catering, photo zones and every point that matters, reusable from one event to the next.
There's more in the garage: QR self check-in, e-mail delivery, automated welcome videos and other accreditation-day tooling are developed and fully tested. They switch on only where — and when — the sport's governing bodies validate them. Until then, everything above is everything we deploy.

The borne: bring the floor.
A 21.5-inch touch kiosk on a mobile stand, sourced and designed by BAAIR — delivered configured, mounted and event-branded, down to the start-up screen. Bring your own iPads, or let us bring the floor.
We come to your circuit.
Survey & floor plan
We travel to your media centre to verify the room's real layout and setup — every desk, every zone, every locker. You get a digital floor plan true to the venue and ready to run in Pressroom OS, without lifting a pen.
Support during your events
Our team is on site with yours during your event: software set-up, staff onboarding, and hands-on support running the press room — from first practice to the chequered flag.
Every engagement is scoped on a call — pricing on request, always.
One floor, ready tomorrow.

- Lina's personal welcome videos
- Accreditation-day field tooling
- More taking shape for next season
We'll walk you through it in the demo — and deploy it the day you clear it.
Built to be audited.
Hosted in the EU on Postgres, row-level security, processing terms standard — and a privacy mode with zero personal data on the floor.
Kiosk views are anonymised. Monaco ran the strictest mode: no seat-to-name records at all.
Admin, coordinator, hostess — each sees exactly what their job needs.
Every placement, locker assignment and configuration change, timestamped.
Runs on our borne, iPads, phones and desktops. Nothing to deploy on site.
Each event gets its own instance, its own floor plan, its own branding.
Pressroom OS is an operations tool for the national sporting authority and the organiser, inside the press room: seating, lockers, information, attendance. It has no bearing on accreditation rights and replaces no attribution or privilege of the international rights-holding bodies. Formula 1, Formula E, WRC, endurance — wherever there is a media centre, the principle is the same.
Monaco, May 2026.
"BAAIR, through its innovative solutions, supports the ACM in managing its Media Centre for the Formula 1 Grand Prix."
Automobile Club de MonacoThe Automobile Club de Monaco manages the "Media" accredited at the Media Centre through a manual Swoogo process. Registration works, but arrivals mean paper floor plans, walking journalists to their workstations, and the errors that come with both.
Pressroom OS ran the floor in its strictest privacy mode — validated by the sport's governing body, zero personal data attached to seats. Staff placed each of the 492 accredited from 205 outlets in one click; the seat lit up red on the live plan, and the queue picked from what was left. No errors, no duplicates — and a welcome queue cut in half.
The Pressroom platform let the Media Centre teams place nearly 500 journalists in a single click over five race days, with no errors or duplicates. This state-of-the-art system helped cut waiting queues in half and streamline our hostesses' work, now backed by a real-time interactive plan. This shift strengthens the quality and flow of our welcome…Richard Micoud — National Press Officer, Automobile Club de Monaco
The practical questions.
No — by design. Pressroom OS manages the press room for the ASN and the organiser: seating, lockers, information, attendance. Accreditation rights, attributions and every privilege remain exactly where they are — with the international rights-holding bodies. We complement the room, not the governance.
Yes. Pressroom OS syncs with Swoogo and Eventhos, and imports any CSV. Your accreditation process stays; we take over from the moment a journalist is approved.
We have ours. Pressroom OS manages your media end to end: import your list (CSV, Swoogo, Eventhos) or enter it directly, media database, cartography, placement and lockers — from the first accredited to the chequered flag. Badge printing, smart-chip badges included, is in preparation with our partner printers.
No. Pressroom OS was born at an F1 Grand Prix, but the product is agnostic: any event with a media centre — Formula E, WRC, MotoGP, endurance — runs on the same plan. Seating, lockers, information and attendance don't change from one sport to another.
The floor always runs in English and the local language of your event. Lina's welcome videos cover nine languages today. Adding one is a configuration, not a project.
None, or ours: Pressroom OS is a PWA that runs on iPads and laptops you already own — or we deliver our battery-powered touch borne, configured and event-branded.
Then you run Light mode: staff placement in one click, a live plan in front of the queue, zero personal data attached to seats — no data agreement needed. Self-service and AI features switch on the day you clear them.
Two to four weeks from media list to opening day, including your floor plan, branding and Lina's videos. Monaco went from kickoff to race weekend in one cycle.
In the EU, on Postgres with row-level security. Kiosk views expose zero PII, access is role-scoped, and every action lands in the audit log. GDPR processing terms come standard.
Yes. Colours, logos, the floor plan and Lina's wardrobe backdrop are set per event. Journalists see your event, not our product.
See it before your next event.
